| 摘 要： | 介绍了中国石化浙江石油分公司在运行HSE管理体系方面的做法,营造作业现场的HSE工作氛围;完善应急救援预案,增强应急处置能力;通过HSE内审,促进HSE管理体系的运行;将HSE管理体系融入基层管理各个细节。指出了在运行HSE管理体系中存在的诸如信息沟通、人员培训及考核等问题。

The company builds in situ HSE atmosphere, improves program for emergency and upgrades reaction capacity. The company improves HSE management by unifying oil depot HSE management throughout whole province and introducing HSE system to basic management. |
