矾土基均质料性能的研究

在实验室对均质铝矾土坯体强度、烘干强度作了研究,用重烧炉对均质铝矾土的烧结性能进行了模拟实验,并就生产的成品与铝矾土熟料作了初步使用试验。结果表明:复合结合剂能满足生产过程的强度要求;Al2O3含量为88%的均质铝矾土的最佳煅烧条件为1 520℃、2h,体积密度可达到3.52g·cm-3;产品的质量指标明显优于优质铝矾土熟料GAL-88指标,并有良好的使用性能。

Study on the properties of alumina based homogeneous materials

This paper studies the green strength and drying strength of homogeneous alumina in laboratory,and simulates the sintering properties in reheating furnace,then conducts preliminary test on the product and bauxite chamotte.The result shows that the composite binder could meet the requirements for strength in production;and the calcination at 1 520℃ for 2h is the optimum condition for 88% Al2O3 homogeneous bauxite and the bulk density can reach 3.52g.cm-3;besides the quantity are much better than the GAL-88 bauxite chamotte;finally the product has good service performance.
