钢丝绳布置方式对抗剪加固性能影响试验研究

摘    要:通过对5根钢丝绳体外预应力抗剪加固的钢筋混凝土梁和2根对比梁的试验,研究了矩形梁体外钢丝绳的竖向布置和斜向布置方式、T形梁体外钢丝绳不同的锚固方式对试验梁抗剪加固效果的影响.结果表明,钢丝绳体外预应力抗剪加固可明显提高加固梁的斜截面开裂荷载、刚度及抗剪承载能力;对于矩形截面梁,闭合U型加固的效果优于斜向布束的加固小效果;对于T梁,就抗剪承载力提高幅度来看,三者相差不大.闭合U型箍布束的加固效果略优于非闭合U型箍布束加固,非闭合U型箍布束(锚固于腹板上)的效果与非闭合U型箍布束(锚固于翼板上)的效果无明显差异.研究结果可供桥梁抗剪加固参考.

Abstract:Shear strengthening of the RC beams is an important task in the bridge strengthening and reconstruction field.The article is based on five shear strengthening RC beams used external prestressed wire rope and two comparative beam;researching on the effect of rectangular beam of vertical and slanting arrangement with wire rope,different kinds of anchorage of T-beam to the shear strengthening.The study shows that the external prestressed wire rope of shear strengthening can remarkably improve the cracking load stiffness shearing capacity of the oblique section;for the rectangular beam U closed arrangement is better than that of slanting arrangement to the strengthening effect.To T beams,the effect of three arrangement strengthening is almost as the same as the improvement of bearing strength,and there is also no clear differences between the effect of U open placement(web anchoring) strengthening and the effect of U open arrangement(flange anchoring).The research results can also be for reference in the area of bridge shear strengthening.
