摘    要:以晋谷9号小米作为原料,采用超声辅助法研究了乙醇体积分数、超声作用时间、超声温度、料液比及提取次数对小米多酚得率的影响并进行了响应面设计.经响应面优化确定小米中总多酚超声辅助提取的最佳工艺参数为:乙醇体积分数70%,超声时间40 min,超声温度40℃,料液比1:14,在此工艺条件下得到小米多酚提取得率为75.765m...
