摘    要:介绍P405/25ZR24轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径812mm,轮胎断面宽422mm,行驶面宽度352mm,行驶面弧度高12.4mm,胎圈着合直径613mm,胎圈着合宽度373mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.849,采用非对称花纹设计。施工设计:胎体采用1层1350dtex/2DSP聚酯帘布,带束层采用芳纶纤维骨架材料;采用LCY型成型机成型,氮气硫化工艺硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久性能和低气压性能以及高速性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,物理性能符合企业标准要求,各项室外实际装车测试性能均优于其他品牌轮胎。

Abstract:A design of P405/25ZR24 PCR tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 812 mm,cross-sectional width 422 mm,width of running surface 352 mm,height of running surface 12.4 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 613 mm,bead width at rim seat 373 mm,cross-sectional level ratio (H1/H2) 0.849,with the design of unsymmetrical pattern groove.In construction design,the following processes were taken:1 layer 1350dtex/2 DSP polyester cord for carcass ply,aramid fiber cord for belt ply;using LCY-type building machine to build tires,and using nitrogen gas vulcanization process to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that the peripheral dimension,strength performance,bead unseating resistance,endurance performance,low air pressure and high speed performance met the requirements in the relative design and national standard,and the physical properties met the enterprise standard.The outdoor test performance of actual loading was better than other brand tires.
