集合债券融资方式的普及化研究

我国中小企业在发展中普遍面临融资难的问题,中小企业集合债券的出现是解决中小企业融资难的重大创新,能够促进优质中小企业的直接融资,较好地推动中小企业的发展。本文从中小企业集合债券的研究背景和发展现状出发,对中小企业集合债券的普及难点、发债体系进行研究,并从普及角度出发对发债门槛的设置、市场推动发债、信用评级体系的构建、担保机制的完善和资金投向的把握这五大方面提出了相应的意见与建议。

The Universalization Research of Collective Bonds

SMES are facing difficulty of financing problems universally.The emergence of collective bonds is a significant innovation to solve financing problems,which can promote superior SMES direct financing and facilitate the development of SMES.Based on the research background and development situation,this paper studies the difficulty in popularizing and issuing collective bonds,and puts forward corresponding suggestions in threshold settings,market promotion issuer,credit rating system construction,guarantee mechanism consummation and the grasp of the funding.
