开炼式连续自动低温炼胶工艺技术开发与应用

摘    要:开炼式连续自动低温炼胶工艺技术综合密炼机与开炼机炼胶优点,通过采用自动低温炼胶系统,降低炼胶温度,增强橡胶-填料之间的相互作用,单步炼胶的生产效率提高200%以上,炼胶过程中能源消耗降低27%以上,填料在橡胶中分散程度提高20%以上,轮胎耐磨性能提高5%以上。

Abstract:The continuous automatic milling technology at low temperature combined the advantage of mixer and mill.Using the milling system at low temperature could decrease mixing temperature and improve rubber-filler interaction,which could increase the production rate of one step milling by more than 200%,reduce milling energy consumption by more than 27%,enhance the dispersion degree of filler in rubber by more than 20%,and improve the wear resistance of tires by more than 5%.
