| Abstract: | The modes and characteristics of foreign projects,basic techniques and fundamental conditions necessary to international engineering corporations for project management and control,were introduced.The status quo of project management in domestic engineering corporations and distinctions from foreign engineering corporations were analyzed.Suggestions for enhancing the level of project management in domestic were also put forward. |
