摘    要:阿尔及利亚Zarzaitine油田除少量高气油比井自喷生产外,93.7%的油井均采用气举采油。为此,在地面建有两套供气系统保证连续注气,最下一级气举阀为空阀并作为注气工作阀,地面注气压力的变化不会出现注气点上移问题,具有较好的适应性;采用了闭式气举管柱,较好地实现了油层保护和作业质量控制,通过产液量、油压和套压来分析诊断气举井工况,方法简单且方便,每口井都有相应的最优注气量,气举井产液量高、效果好。阿尔及利亚Zarzaitine油田的气举采油工艺技术对提高国内工艺水平具有指导意义。

Abstract:Flowing production was only used for a small quantity of wells with high gas-oil ratio, while gas lifting production was adopted for 93.7% of oil wells in the Zarzaitine Oilfield, Algeria. Thus, two gas supply systems were built on the surface to ensure continuous gas injection, the lowest gas lift valve, an empty valve, was taken as an injection valve with excellent suitability to avoid up-displacement of injection point by the change of surface injection pressure; the closed gas-lift equipments were adopted to smoothly realize oil layer protection and operation quality control; the working status of a gas-lift well were simply and conveniently analyzed and diagnosed by producing fluid volume, oil pressure, and casing pressure; and simultaneously the injected gas was optimized in quantity to each well, which brings high production and outstanding efficiency. The oil recovery technique by gas lift in the Algerian Zarzaitine oilfield provides references to the improvement of oil production techniques in China.
