| 摘 要： | 供油船调度是港口作业船舶调度中不可或缺的一个环节。根据港口的实际情况,以分析供油船的工作过程和特点为基础,本文提出了一种针对供油船的编码方式,并且将粒子群算法应用到供油船调度系统中。经过多次优化运行,证明优化的结果好于仿真。相比传统的经验调度,采用模型和算法的调度方式能够提高供油船作业的效率。
