ZL104铝合金金相图谱自制工艺的研究

摘    要:成功地获得了自制铝合金金相试样及金相图谱,其最佳的制备条件是:1200#砂纸机械抛光,浸蚀剂是1.9%HF,2.0%HCI,4.5%HN03的水溶液,浸蚀时间60s,结果表明,制得的金相图谱清晰,能很好地反映铝合金的金相组织。

Abstract:The self-making metallographic sample and metallographic map of aluminum alloy were successfully obtained.The optimum preparation conditions: mechanically polishing by using 1200# sandpaper,etching agent was composed of the aqueous solution contained 1.9% HF,2.0% HCl and 4.5% HNO3,etching time was 60 s.The results showed that,the prepared metallography map was clear,could better reflect the metallographic constitution of aluminum alloy.
