铜冶炼烟气制酸酸性废水处理新工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了处理铜冶炼烟气制酸酸性废水生产白砷和氯化钙的新工艺研究.试验确定了除酸时中和液最佳pH值为4.0,除砷时最佳pH值为9.0,回收砷时钙砷物质的量比最佳值为2.0.该工艺流程简单、处理成本低、产渣量少,可以回收有价金属.工艺过程中产出的白砷和氯化钙分别符合工业白砷三级品和工业氯化钙V型指标.处理后的废水各项指标均符合国家排放标准.

Abstract:A new process for treatment of acidic wastewater from copper smelter acid plant for producing white arsenic and calcium chloride is introduced. The test showed that the pH optimum value of neutralization solution was 4.0 in removal of acid and 9.0 in removal of arsenic and the optimum molar ratio of calcium to arsenic was 2.0 in recovery of arsenic. It has the characteristics of simple process, low processing cost, less slag amount, and recovering valuable metals. White arsenic and calcium chloride produced in the process met the require- ments of grade II for industrial white arsenic and grade V for industrial calcium chloride, respectively. Each in- dex of the treated wastewater met the national discharge standard.
