| 摘 要： | 主要论述了硫磺制酸焚硫炉中存在的预转化及大气压力对转化率的影响.在焚硫炉中会有部分SO2已经转化成SO3,使初始SO2气浓高于转化器进口气浓.空气中氧浓度恒定,硫磺制酸平衡转化率只是初始SO2浓度和压力的函数,通过实例比较了其影响.

| Abstract: | Effects of the pre-conversion of SO2 in sulphur furnace and atmospheric pressure on conversion effi- ciency in sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants are discussed. The initial SO2 concentration is higher than the inlet concentration of the converter as a part of SO2 has been converted into SO3 in sulphur furnace. The equilib- rium conversion is just the function of initial SO2 concentration and pressure because of the constant concentration of oxygen in the air. The influence is compared in details by case analysis |
