广东大鹏LNG接收站运行节能措施

摘    要:作为中国第一家LNG接收站,中海石油广东大鹏LNG接收站正式商业运营3 a多来,在强调安全稳定生产的同时,还不断摸索LNG接收站安全经济运行的措施和办法。结合广东大鹏LNG接收站工艺和设备的特点,通过优化运行方式和生产线起停时间、增加电容补偿装置提高功率因数等措施,使气化吨气耗电指标降低了3.57 kW.h/t,2009年节约电能1 600×104kW.h,运行成本控制达到国际先进水平。在总结广东大鹏LNG接收站节能措施的基础上,进一步展望了继续适量增大生产线的气化能力、恢复码头冷循环设计运行方式等节能前景,对其他LNG接收站的安全经济运行具有参考价值。

Abstract:As the first LNG receiving terminal in China, the Guangdong Dapeng LNG Receiving Terminal of CNOOC has been seeking for measures to ensure its safe and economical operation since it came on stream in Sep. 2006. Based on the characteristics of the process and facility of the terminal, the operation mode and the start shut schedule of the production line are optimized and the capacitance compensation devices are equipped for boosting the power. As a result, the electricity consumption index for gasification is reduced by 3.57 kW·h/t, the electric power of 1600×104 kW·h is saved each year, and the most important of all, the operation cost control has reached the international advanced level. Furthermore, this paper proposes some other energy saving plans for the terminal, such as properly increasing the gasification ability of the production line, restoring the terminal operation mode with cool tip circulation design, etc.. This study is of great reference value in the safe and economical operation of other LNG receiving terminals in China.
