推动我国能源服务出口刍议

近年来,我国能源行业发展迅猛,能源企业"走出去"参与了一些国际能源服务项目。但整体上我国对能源服务出口重视程度不高,尚未进行过系统研究。本文在分析我国能源服务出口现状和存在差距的基础上,提出了将能源服务出口纳入我国能源发展战略和规划的思路,并提出了相应的政策建议。
