| Abstract: | The basic condition of the present hydropower construction in the Northeast is introduced, and the existing main problems concerned with hydroelectric in the Northeast electric network are put forward. The development of hydropower construction around 2010 year in the Northeast electric network is discussed, and some suggests to develop hydropower by various ways are advanced. |
