摘    要:针对大惯性负截变频泵控马达调速系统动态性能差的特点,提出了采用不必基于模型的单神经元自适应PID控制。介绍了单神经元自适应PID控制器的结构和算法。仿真结果表明,单神经元自适应PID控制器较常规PID控制器具有更快的响应特性和良好的动态特性,对模型失配和负载扰动表现出更强的适应性和鲁棒性,而且不论是在加速段、等速段还是减速段,都具有较好的跟踪效果。

Abstract:Because variable frequency pump-control-motor speed governing system possesses high inertia load and slow response and bad dynamic performance, single neuron adaptive PID control for the system is presented. Single neuron adaptive PID controller construction and algorithm are described. Simulation results proved that the comparing with the conventional PID controller the single neuron adaptive PID controller has faster response and better control performance, as well as better adaptability and higher robustness while the mathematic model changing or the system load disturbancing. Moreover, single neuron adaptive PID controller can well track the given rotation speed whether accelerating and decelerating operation or uniform operation. Finally, the application scope of signal neuron adaptive PID controller to variable frequency pump-control-motor speed governing system with high inertia load is pointed out.
