阀控式铅蓄电池的快速固化工艺的应用

摘    要:在合理的固化温度、相对湿度和固化时间等条件下,形成的生极板具有良好机械强度和较高的电池容量与循环寿命。本试验就高温、高湿结合匀速降低湿的快速固化工艺对正极板的微观结构进行了研究,并组装成电池。通过对采用快速固化工艺和普通固化工艺制成的电池的容量和寿命进行分析比较,提出了快速固化工艺的可行性。同时验证了高温下生成的四碱式硫酸铅(4BS)微观颗粒有利于提高电池的循环寿命。

Abstract:To achieve good plate mechanical strength quality and excellent battery pertormance, the unformed plates should be cured under logical curing temperature, time and relative humidity conditions.This paper presents results of accelerated curing process of positive plates influencing the microstructure of paste mass, mechanical strength, initial capacity and service life of assembled batteries. It validates that tetrabasic lead sulfate grown under high temperature benefits the batteries' cyclic life of batteries.
