急冷器椭圆形套管传热性能的研究

摘    要:炭黑工业要求在极短时间内将炭黑高温烟气的温度降下来,急冷器椭圆形套管的设计可以满足此项特殊要求。椭圆形套管是由普通圆管经过压制而成的,管壁厚度和圆形套管比较起来并没有改变,改变的是内、外管的横截面积。在相同工艺条件下(如流量、温度、压力),椭圆形套管比圆形套管有更高的流速而具有优良的传热性能,可提高椭圆形套管两侧流体的传热系数及总传热系数。

Abstract:Temperature-quick-dropping of carbon-black exhaust is required in carbon black industry. The design of quench cooler with oval jacket can meet such special requirement. The oval jacket was made with a normal round pipe by pressing and its wall thickness was not changed but its section area was changed. At the same working condition(flow rate, temperature and pressure), the oval jacket has the features of high flow rate that lead better heat transfer. Thus the heat-transfer coefficient in the both sides of oval jacket and the total heat-transfer coefficient were enhanced.
