摘    要:探讨了控制催化裂化再生烟气中SOx 排放的技术,并对三种不同工艺的特点进行了对比.这些技术包括再生烟气处理、使用SOx转移剂和催化裂化原料加氢处理.再生烟气处理投资较大,SOx脱除率高达90%左右.原料加氢处理投资最高,SOx脱除率与再生烟气处理相近,但产品收率和品质得到改善.使用SOx转移助剂除了助剂本身费用外基本不需要投资,SOx脱除率40%~80%.一般地,催化裂化进料硫含量小于0.5%时,使用SOx转移助剂;硫含量为0.5%~1.5%时,采用再生烟气处理方法;硫含量大于1.5%时,采用催化裂化原料加氢处理或BELCO公司的可再生式湿法碱洗的方法.

Abstract:Techniques for controling sulfur oxides emission in FCC flue gas were explored and the characteristics of three kinds of technologies compared.These technologies included regenerator flue gas treatment, use of SOx transfer agent and hydrotreating of FCC feedstock.The investment cost for regenerator flue gas treatment was much more with a SOx removal percent reached up to about 90%.The investment cost of feedstock hydrotreating is the highest with a SOx removal approached that of regenerator flue gas treatment,but both yield and quality of product were improved.The use of SOx transfer agent needed not any investment cost except cost for assistant expense,and the SOx removal was 40%-80%.In general,when the sulfur content in FCC feedstock was less than 0.5%,the SOx transfer agent should be used.While the sulfur content is 0.5%-1.5%,the regenerator flue gas treatment is suitable.For sulfur content more than 1.5%,hydrotreating of FCC feedstock or regenerative wet caustic washing method of BELCO Company is adoptable.
