氨基磺酸系高效减水剂的研制及其混凝土的特性

摘    要:文章介绍氨基磺酸系高效减水剂的试验室合成试验及中试生产,并以试产品进行了对水泥浆及混凝土流动性与其经时变化的试验,结果表明,这类高效减水剂除具有很高的分散性(减水率达30%外),还具有控制坍 落度损失的功能(2小时内坍落度基本不变),文章还阐述了这类高效减水剂控制坍落度损失的机理。

Abstract:It is introduced to synthesize a kind of superplasticizer of sulfamic acid series at the laboratory tests and the middle trial manufacture. And the experiments of cement psste and concrete for measuring the flowability and its slump loss have been down with adding these trial porducts. The rezults show that this kind of superplasticizer not only has high dispersibility, but also has the possibility to controlling slump lost. Besides, the mechanism on controlling slump lost is also discribed.
