采用多种原料开发双面针织内衣

从消费者对针织内衣服用性能的需求出发,对双面异原料针织内衣面料进行探讨,包括原料选择、组织结构、编织工艺以及产品开发4个方面。连接织物正反两面的纱线结构有成圈、集圈、浮线;双面异原料针织内衣面料的贴身层所采用的原料主要为纤维素纤维及其与棉的混纺纱,外层原料有化纤混纺纱以及以纤维素纤维为载体的功能性纱线;该针织物主要用于开发秋冬季内衣和春夏季T恤等。

Development of the double knitted underwear fabric with different raw materials

In view of the requirements on serviceability of knitted underwear from consumers,this paper studies the double knitted underwear fabric with different raw materials in terms of raw materials selection,loop structure,knitting technology and product development.The stitches combing the face side and reverse side may be normal stitch,tucking or floating,the side contacting skin uses the cellulose fiber or its blended yarn with cotton fiber,and the outer side of the fabrics uses the chemical blended yarn or cellulose fiber based functional yarns.The developed fabric is suitable for developing autumn and winter season underwear or T-shirts for spring and summer seasons.
