熔窑玻璃液流模型实验设计方法

摘    要:综述了传统的熔窑玻璃液流模型实验设计方法,提出了一种以Cr/Re和RePr(=Pe)为相似准则的新的模型实验设计方法。这两个新准则综合了Re、Cr和Pr三个相似准则的作用,因此模型实验的相似性可得到实质性改善。

Abstract:The traditional methods of model experiment for glass melt flow and heat transfer in tank furnace are summarized. A new design method using two new similarity criteria Gr/Re and RePr( = Pe)drived by the author is described in detail. These two criteria can coyer contributions from Re,Gr and Pr,thus the similarity between model and prototype can be essentially improved, and the model experiments become more convenient and efficient.
