摘    要:对化学法工艺制备的含不同添加物的AgSnO2系线材产品的性能及电寿命试验进行了分析,结果表明,该工艺制备的材料金相组织均匀,材料综合性能较为均衡,可制备高SnO2含量的产品。电寿命试验对比数据表明,应根据触点的使用条件选用适当的材料品种,以满足该材料较强的个性化特点,并可在一定范围内选择更为合理的低成本添加物,提高材料的相关性能。

Abstract:Through the analysis of properties and electric performance test results of AgSnO2 wire products with different additives by chemical processes, it shows that the materials made by this process have even microstructure and good properties, as well as high percent SnO2 of AgSnO2 wire products. Comparing with the electric performance test results, we draw the conclusions that the suitable material should be chosen according to the application conditions. It is possible to improve properties of AgSnO2 material by using low-price additives.
