摘    要:为测试聚合物熔体拉伸性能,实现聚合物加工工业优质和高产的目标,设计了拉伸流变仪测控系统,详细阐述了此系统的设计思想、实现方法及系统软硬件结构.运用虚拟仪器的设计方法,利用可视化图形编程环境,实现了多功能虚拟仪器软面板.该系统硬件配置简单、软件设计灵活、图形界面友好.

Abstract:In order to test the elongational behaviour of polymer melts and attain the goals of high quality in industry,the paper introduces a system of the measurement of RHEOTENS based on virtual instrument technology.The procedure,method of implementation and hardware structure,software structure are given.The soft-panel of virtual instrument with multi-function is obtained by use of the integrated design idea of virtual instrument and of the environment of visualized graphic programming.The hardware configuration of the system is simple,the software design flexible and the GUI(graphical user interface)friendly.
