双面斜楔增力液压传动夹具

摘    要:介绍了双面斜楔增力机构与无杆液压缸组成的夹具系统,分析了其性能特点,给出了相应的力学计算公式.与已有的单面斜楔增力机构与无杆液压缸组成的夹具相比,该创新型夹具的摩擦损失显著降低,活塞受力状况显著改善.

Abstract:The working principle of clamping device composed of double wedge force amplifier and rod - less piston cylinder is introduced. Its characteristic features are analyzed and corresponding mechanics calculating formulae are also given. Compared with the known device formed by single wedge force amplifier and rod - less piston cylinder, the innovative device features with less friction loss, and the bearing situation of piston can be improved greatly.
