重组干扰素a_(1b)的抗病毒活性及其临床作用

目的　了解重组干扰素ａ１ｂ的抗病毒活性及其临床效果。方法应用小牛肾传代细胞（ＭＤＢＫ）与 人羊膜传代细胞（ＷＩＳＨ）测定重组干扰素ａ１ｂ的抗病毒活性；应用４０ｕｇ的剂量连续注射３个月观察治疗乙型肝炎的 临床效果。结果在ＭＤＢＫ细胞中测定的活性比在ＷＩＳＨ细胞中高１１．３倍；４０ｕｇ／ｄ重组干扰ａ１ｂ。治疗乙型肝炎有 效，不良反应轻微。结论　建议以重量（ｕｇ）表示重组干扰素的剂量。

Antiviral Activity and Clinical Application of rIFN-a1b

To study on the antiviral activity and clinical effect of rIFN-a1b' Methods The antiviral activity of rIFe-a1b was detected with MDBK and WISH cells,and the clinical effect of it on hepatitis B were studied by continuous injection for 3 months at a dosage of 40ug/d. Results The antiviral activity of rIFN-a1b in MDBK was 11 .3 times higher than that in WISH cell.The drug at a dosage of 40ug/d was effective in hepatitis B, and the adverse reaction of it was mild.Conclusion The authors suggests that the dosage of rIFN-a 1b should be expressed in weight(ug).
