摘    要:分析现有卸荷阀结构存在的技术缺陷,提出一种新型转向器卸荷阀结构,通过调整卸荷阀安装位置和设计球面密封,有效地解决了卸荷阀维修困难和转向器内泄漏大的问题,从而提高转向器卸荷阀维修效率的同时,也降低了废品和售后的损失费用.

Abstract:The technical (letters of the existing unloading valve structure were analyze(l, a new steering unloading valve slrut:ture was presented. By adjusting the unloading valve mounling location and designing the spherical sealing, the diffieuhies on unloading valve repair and Ihe big internal leakage proi)lems of steering were solved. The repair efficiency of steering unloading valve was improved, and the cost of waste and loss of sales was reduced.
