摘    要:供电行业常用的开关柜因热故障常造成大面积停电等现象,对热故障产生的机理进行分析,并对红外监测技术进行了应用研究,设计了开关柜热故障预警装置。该装置具有成本低、安装方便的特点,通过非接触式的红外测温仪对开关柜进行实时监测,可实现数据传输和报警提示,并且能够对故障位置进行准确定位,便于故障查找和及时排除。

Abstract:Power supply commonly used switchgear due to thermal failure often result in large area blackout phenomenon, the mechanism of thermal fault analysis and the infrared monitoring techniques conducted applied research, design switchgear thermal fault warning device. The device has a low cost, easy installation, non-contact infrared thermometer switchgear real-time monitoring, data transfer and alarm, and the ability to accurately locate the fault location, easy troubleshooting and immediately removed.
