光叶楮(构树)林纸结合道路的探索

摘    要:“光叶楮林纸结合”是中国林纸结合的一种创新模式,可以解决或避免目前林纸结合中存在的诸多矛盾,能给造纸企业、林场和农民带来较高回报。但现有的光叶楮林纸结合占用耕地,且规模太小,不能满足造纸工业规模化大生产的特点和要求。通过回顾光叶楮林纸结合的发展历程和现状,提出“扩大种植规模”、“全树利用”、“深加工利用”、“改手工加工为机械化生产”等新路径,提出光叶楮林纸与养猪相结合、光叶楮林纸结合与国家水土保持工程双结合的新方案。光叶楮制浆新工艺不存在污染问题,且实现“光叶楮林纸结合”,既可缓解造纸工业原料和特种长纤维原料严重短缺,还可以支援“三农”,促进林业、造纸工业、纺织工业、饲料工业、养猪业和纤维板工业和国家水土保持工程共同发展。

Abstract:This paper reviews the development and present situation of Broussonetia Papyrifera forestry-pa- per integration, and presents a new scheme of Combination of Broussonetia Papyrifera Forestry-Paper In- tegration and National Soil and Water Conservation Project. Broussonetia Papyrifera should be expanded the planting scale, utilized the whole tree, deeply processed, and changed the manual processing to mecha- nized production. The paper also presents the comprehensive combination of Broussonetia Papyrifera for- estry-paper integration and pig raising. There exists no pollution problem of the new process of Broussone- tia Papyrifera pulping. The implementation of Broussonetia Papyrifera forestry-paper integration can abate the problems of short supply of raw materials for paper industry and critical shortage of specialty fiber, support agriculture, farmer and rural area, and promote common development of forestry, paper industry, textile industry, feed industry, pig raising, fibre board industry and National Soil and Water Conservation Project. The scheme implementation of Broussonetia Papyrifera forestry-paper integration needs to be un- derstood, paid attention to, and supported by local government, the department of soil and water conser- vation, the department in charge of paper industry, large paper factory, financial group, and the general colleagues.
