无机浆料添加剂对淀粉性能影响的测试

摘    要:为研究纳米级无机浆料添加剂对淀粉浆液浆膜性能的影响,自制两种纳米级无机浆料添加剂JN1和JN-2,并分别按不同比例与淀粉浆液进行混合,测试混合浆液的浆液浆膜性能.结果表明:纳米级无机浆料添加剂对淀粉浆液粘度和粘度热稳定性基本无影响,不会与淀粉发生化学反应;能明显提高淀粉浆液对纯棉纱和涤棉混纺纱的粘附性能,不同的纳米级无机浆料添加剂对淀粉浆液粘附性能的提高程度也不同,但对淀粉浆膜的耐磨性能没有改善.

Abstract:To research the influence on starch size film property of inorganic size mixture addition agent, two addition agent were prepared, which are JN-1 and JN-2, the two addition agent were mixed with starch size, and the size film property of the mixed size was tested. The result shows that inorganic nano-size mixture addition agent has no influence on size viscosity and viscosity thermal stability, the addition agent and starch can not generate chemical reaction. The addition agent can enhance the adhesion to pure cotton yarn and polyester cotton blended yarn evidently, and the enhancement degree of different nano-size mixture addition agent are different. The addition agent has no function on improving the size film abrasion resistance.
