| 摘 要： | 高标准农田水利工程建设工作的开展对于稳步提高农业综合生产能力、保障国家粮食长久安全具有重要意义.在对华东、华北、西北、东北和西南各地区高标准农田水利工程建设情况进行实地调研的基础上分析了现有高标准农田水利工程建设中存在的不足和成功经验,提出了推进高标准农田水利工程建设健康稳步发展的建议,供决策参考.

| Abstract: | Construction of high-standard irrigation and drainage system is vital and beneficial for the enhancement of agricultural production capability constantly and long-term food security of China. According to the field investigation in the eastern and northern part of China as well as northwest, northeast and southwest China, the successful experience and valuable lessons are learned that can be of reference value for the stable development of farmland water infrastructures. |
