装配结合面防护技术研究

摘    要:采用加速试验方法,研究了环境对Q235钢板和5A05铝板螺接件的装配结合面在12种防护处理措施下的防腐性能。提出了几种适用的装配结合面防护技术,并给出了不同条件下的装配防护材料及工艺方案。结果表明,采用适当的装配结合面防护技术可以提高雷达构件的防腐蚀性能。其中,采用3号船用润滑脂安装、底漆湿装配和缓蚀剂的合理使用是比较有效的方法。

Abstract:By accelerated tests,the anti-corrosion performance of Q235 steel and 5A05 Al-alloy bolted joint structures under 12 kinds of protective measures has been studied.Some suitable anti-corrosion techniques for assembly combing surface have been presented with protection materials and techniques on different conditions.The results showed that the anti-corrosion performance can be increased if appropriate protective measures were applied to the assembly combing surface of radar.Installed with marine grease,wet installed with primer and the appropriate use of corrosion inhibiting compound are more effective to improve the anti-environment damage.
