委托代理理论下的建设项目治理机制——基于南海石化项目与茂名乙烯改扩建项目的案例研究

委托代理理论认为,建设项目业主与承包商之间的代理问题会损害项目管理绩效。选择合同治理或是关系治理,是每一个项目经理常面临的主要问题。本文通过对南海石化项目和茂名乙烯改扩建项目的深入研究,对比不同治理方式对绩效的影响,结合委托代理理论解释,建立一个合同治理和关系治理两个维度并重的项目治理机制。
