空压机冷却系统改造措施探讨

摘    要:根据某空压站冷却系统中存在的问题,利用传热学的理论及方法,对两种不同类型的换热器进行了热力计算,结果表明:换热器的种类不是制约中冷器冷却效果的关键因素,而采取降低热阻的措施可以改善冷却效果进而提高空压机出力,降低生产能耗。

Abstract:Based on problems of cooling systems in air compress station, calculations are given to two type of heat exchanger by using theories and methods of heat transfer, It shows that the type of heat exchangers isn' t the key factor that enfluence cooling efficiency, but measures of deducing heat resistance can improve cooling efficiency , increase efficiency of compressors and thus save energy consumption of production.
