锂硅粉用于建筑砂浆的初步试验研究

摘    要:利用锂硅粉等量取代水泥配置建筑砂浆,通过不同掺量对建筑砂浆稠度、分层度和抗压强度等主要性能进行试验,结果表明掺加锂硅粉能有效改善建筑砂浆的和易性,同时在强度及其它技术性能满足要求的前提下可降低水泥用量和建筑成本,带来显著地经济和社会效益。

Abstract:By evaluating mortar consistency,segregation degree,and Compressive Strength,the experimental research of building mortar was made with different admixture amounts.Based on the experimental results,replacing equally cement with Li-like Si slag to dispose the building mortar can increase the mixture workability,reduce the amount of cement,and save construction cost on the Premise of Strength assurance and other technical Performances.It can also bring excellent economic and social effect as well.
