摘    要:红球菌属菌株lawq是专一性脱硫菌,其脱硫酶系由dszA、dszB和dszC组成,其中关键酶是dszC。文章以脱硫活力作为产脱硫酶系的基准,研究了基本营养物质C、N和S对发酵产酶的影响,实验结果发现最佳的碳源、氮源和硫源分别为甘油、氯化铵和二苯并噻吩(DBT),甘油和氯化铵适宜质量浓度为2 g/L,DBT适宜浓度为0.2 mmol/L;还研究了生物质对菌体生长和脱硫酶活力的影响,实验结果发现,添加VB类物质对菌体的生长和酶活力有不同程度的提高。

Abstract:Rhodococcus sp. lawq is the high yield strain of desulfurization enzymes which are composed of dszA, dszB and dszC. Of them dszC is the most important enzyme. Effects of biomaterial on the growth of Rhodococcus sp. strain lawq and the activities of desulfurization enzyme were studied. The results showed that the optimal carbon source, nitrogen source and sulfur source are 2 g/L glycerol, 2 g/L ammonium chloride and 0.2 mmol/L dibenzothiophene respectively. The growth of strain lawq and the activities of desulfurization enzymes are improved weakly by niacin, VBc, VB2, VB1, VB6 and VB12.
