| 摘 要： | 为了实现自动测试系统的并行测试,对测试系统中测试资源的硬件连接和软件控制方法进行了研究;提出了采用资源管理内核程序集中控制测试资源的方法,解决了不同测试程序间测试资源的共享问题;对本身不支持并行测试的测试资源,硬件上采用并联连接方式,或在软件上对其控制方式与驱动程序进行修改,使其支持并行测试,从而实现整个测试系统的并行测试;文中提出的方法已成功应用于工程实践中,可实现任意三种不同型号的电路板的并行测试,节约了测试时间,提高了测试效率.
