摘    要:旋转变压器在航空航天、船舶与兵器等领域大量应用,时栅是一种新型的位移传感器,利用时间测量空间;为了提高时栅对传统位移传感器的兼容性,提出了一种回转位置预测测量新方法,利用时间序列理论对时栅测量值进行建模,设计了兼容旋转变压器的典型位置反馈接口,解决了时栅在动态测量过程中的数据更新速率问题;在数控转台上的实验结果表明;在-0.00023"/ms<'2>~0.00019"/ms<'2>的角加速度变化范围内,角位移预测误差为±2".

Abstract:Resolver is widely applied in the areas of aerospace,shipbuilding and weapons.Time grating is a new type of displacement sensor which measures spatial displacement with time.To improve time grating' compatibility to traditional displacement sensor,circular position predictive measurement method was proposed,modeling the measured values of time grating with time series theory.The typical position feedback interface which compatible with resolver was designed.The problem of data update rate in the process of ...
