Abstract:A method was developed for the separation and determination of organic acids in the blueberry wine by ion-exclusion chromatography with direct conductivity detection.Chromatographic separation and determination of the acids was performed on a Shim-pack SCR-102H column.Excellent conditions for the separation and determination of the acids were achieved at 50 ℃,pH 2.8,1.0 mL·min-1 with the mixture of 2.0 mmol·L^-1 p-toluenesulfonic acid and acetonitrile(v/v,91/9) as eluent.The detection limits of the organic acids ranged from 0.06 to 1.05 mg·L^-1.The relative standard deviations for the organic acids were less than 3.3%(n=5) and the recoveries were from 97.2% to 103%.
