液力变矩器虚拟装配过程仿真研究

摘    要:
基于Pro/E和Division MoekUp构建了液力变矩器虚拟装配过程仿真流程,论述了面向Divi-sion的虚拟装配模型转化方法和基于图论割集理论的装配顺序规划方法.建立了某综合式液力变矩器虚拟装配模型,进行了装配过程仿真和分析,结果表明所建仿真模型是合理的,提出的装配过程是可行的.

A simulation program for virtual assembly process of hydraulic torque converter is constructed based on Pro/E and DivisionMockUp. A Division-oriented model converting method for virtual assembly and assembly sequence planning method based on graphic cutset theory are discussed.
