微型扣式Li-MnO2蓄电池的研制

摘    要:为了填补微型Li-MnO2扣式蓄电池主要依赖进口的局面,采用掺Bi改性的锂锰复合氧化物(CDMO)作为活性物质,选用合适的负极材料及电解液,研制出了ML621型3V级扣式Li-MnO2蓄电池,具有工艺简单、放电电压稳定、内阻小、循环性好等特点,基本上达到了日本同类产品的性能,可以用作记忆体备份电源等用途。

Abstract:For the object of developing rechargeable Li-MnO2 coin cells, which were mainly imported from Japan, the Bi-modified Li-containing manganese oxide was synthesized as cathode active material, and the ML 621-3V type rechargeable coin cells were made with the selected electrolyte and Li alloy anode. The results show that the cells have excellent electrochemical characteristics of stable discharge voltage, low internal resistance and good recharge ability that are compatible for the power of the memory back-up devices.
