立式与卧式热管空气预热器的分析对比

摘    要:针对常减压蒸馏装置加热炉的立式热管空气预热器在运行过程中出现的积灰、低温腐蚀等问题,对比分析了立式热管空气预热器和卧式热管空气预热器的优缺点:立式热管空气预热器热管积灰在迎风侧容易吹扫,在背风侧不易吹扫;卧式热管空气预热器热管接近水平放置,灰分不易附着在管子或翅片上,且由于烟气垂直向热管冲刷和灰分自身重力的影响,积灰较易清除,提出将蒸汽吹灰升级为吹灰效果好的激波吹灰器,同时在烟气出口侧下方增设落灰漏斗。

Abstract:Ash deposition and low - temperature corrosion occurred in the vertical heat - pipe air preheater in No. 1 atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit. The advantages and disadvantages of vertical and horizontal heat - pipe air preheaters are analyzed and compared. It is easier to blow out the ash deposition on the heat - pipe at the air side of the vertical heat pipe air preheater, especially on the lee side. For the horizontal heat - pipe air preheater, the heat pipe is nearly level. It is not easy for ash to deposit on the pipe or the fins. Furthermore, it is easier to clean out the ash deposition because the flue gas flows vertically upward, flushing the heat pipes in addition to the help of gravity of ash. It is suggested to upgrade tile steam ash blower to good - performance shock - wave ash lower and install an ash hopper below the outlet of flue gas.
