摘    要:塔西南勘探开发公司柴油加氢装置高压分离器D4102液位计引出管线在装置正常运行时发生开裂,给装置安全生产带来极大的安全隐患,为了查找开裂原因,从开裂管线取样进行失效分析并结合裂口微观形貌和裂口金相组织分析,得出硫化氢应力腐蚀是产生开裂的主要原因。该文重点从硫化氢应力腐蚀产生的3个因素:腐蚀环境、应力和管道材质对高压分离器液位计引出管线开裂原因进行了分析,提出了预防措施,保证了装置的安全生产。

Abstract:The run line of D4102 level gauge in high - pressure separator of diesel hydrotreating unit of Tarim Southwest Exploration & Development Company cracked in normal operation, which imposed a great safety hazard to the safe operation of the unit. The failure analysis of the sample from the cracked line, micro - morphology analysis and metallograpllic analysis of fractures concluded that the culprit of corrosion was hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking ( SSCC ). Effective prevent measures were proposed based upon the analysis of causes of cracking of run line of level gauges in HP separator in respect of 3 factors of SSCC formation : corrosion environment, stress and pipeline material. The safe operation of the unit has been ensured.
