摘    要:采用反相乳液聚合法,以具有良好生物降解性和环境相容性的海藻酸钠、丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为单体,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,司班-60和吐温-80作为乳化剂,环己烷为分散介质,合成绿色环保型的聚丙烯酸系高吸水性树脂.研究海藻酸钠、引发剂、交联剂用量等对吸水性能的影响.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对高吸水性树脂的结构及表面形态进行分析和表征.当海藻酸钠加入量为7.5%(占单体的质量分数),中和度为80%,交联剂用量为0.05%,乳化剂用量为9%,单体配比m(AA):m(AM)]为1:2时,所制得的高吸水树脂具有较好的吸水性能,其最高吸水倍率达1889g/g,吸水速率达到5.11S.

Abstract:The acrylic acid-based super absorbent polymer(SAP) was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization,using sodium alginate which had good biodegradability and environmental compatibility, crylic acid and acrylamide as monomer, N, N'-Methylene-bis-acrylamide (MBA) as cross-linking agent, ammonium persulfate as initiator, span-60 and tween-80 as suspension stabilizer, cyclohexane as the con- tinuous phase. It studied the effects of sodium alginate, the amount of cross-linking agent and initiator, ac- rylamide and drying condition on water absorption performance. The structure of the resin of high absorp- tion capacity and the surface form were analysed and characterized by using SEM. When sodium alginate content was 7.5 %, the degree of neutralization was 80 %, cross-linking agent concentration was 0. 05 %, and emulsifier content was 9 %. The SAP had better water absorption performance.
