解吸塔底重沸器腐蚀分析

摘    要:介绍了重油催化装置解吸塔底重沸器运行工况和腐蚀情况,观察了腐蚀的宏观情况,通过能谱和X射线衍射对腐蚀产物及垢样分析,结果显示主要元素为O,S和Fe,部分区域还含有Cl和Br等元素,主要成分有:Fe3O(OH)6,TiFe(CN)6·2H2O,Fe2(CN)5·H2O,(NH4)2S2O6。腐蚀机理为HCN—H2S-H2O型腐蚀,Cl和Br等卤素元素的存在及垢物的沉积促进了腐蚀,壳体内局部滞流及运行中腐蚀介质的浓缩是发生严重腐蚀导致壳体穿孔的主要原因,并提出减少壳程流体滞流区、增大壳程的流动空间达到减少垢物沉积以及材质升级的的解决措施。

Abstract:The operation and corrosion of desorption tower bottom reboi]er in the heavy oil FCC unit are introduced. The XRD and EDS analysis of the corrosion products and fouling samples show that the main elements are O, S and Fe, and C1 and Br in some areas. The main components are Fe3O(OH)6,TiFe(CN)6·2H2O,Fe2(CN)5·H2O,(NH4)2S2O6. The con'osion mechanism is HCN - H2S - H2O corrosion. The presence of halogen element like Cl and Br etc and fouling deposition has accelerated the com)sion. The stagnant flow inside the shell and concentration of corrosive media in operation are the main causes of serious corrosion and corrosion failure. The countermeasures are presented such as reducing stagnant flow area of fluid in the shell side, increasing the flow space of shell side, reducing fouling deposition and upgrading materials.
