干气制氢余热锅炉炉管失效分析与对策

摘    要:针对千气制氢装置制氢转化气余热锅炉炉管失效问题,进行了一系列实验测试,包括:宏观分析、材料成份分析、性能测试、金相分析、垢物/产物的X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜及电子能谱分析等,结果表明管束材料成分、硬度、抗拉强度、晶粒度和夹杂物均达到GB5310-2008要求,造成腐蚀失效的原因是局部区域的CO2露点腐蚀。对此制定了解决方案,取得了良好成效.

Abstract:To solve the problem of tube failure of reforming gas waste heat boiler in dry gas hydrogen generator, a series of tests and analysis have been performed, such as macro-morphology analysis, material composition analysis, performance test, metallographic analysis, XRD of fouling/product, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) examinatinn and energy dispersive spectrum (EDS), etc. The tests and analysis show that the compositions, hardness, strength, grain size and impurities of tube material meet the specifications in standard GB5310-2008. The culprit of corrosion failure is the local dew-poinl corrosion of CO2. Effective measures have been developed and taken, and good results have been achieved.
