线型低密度聚乙烯高速滴灌带专用料的中试开发

摘    要:通过对市售滴灌带专用料树脂的分析,确定了滴灌带专用料树脂的技术指标。利用50 kg/h全密度聚乙烯中试装置生产了线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)滴灌带专用料树脂,再通过共混制得了滴灌带专用料。为适应高速加工的要求,滴灌带专用料的熔体流动指数(10 min)为0.3~0.6 g、密度为0.928~0.940 g/cm3较适宜。利用GPC、13C NMR、流变和熔体强度测试等方法对滴灌带专用料进行了表征。表征结果显示,滴灌带专用料DGD-3的力学性能与市售Sabic专用料相当,但加工性能优于Sabic专用料。采用DGD-3专用料制得的滴灌带产品外观性能好、拉伸形变小于5.0%、爆破压力大于0.3 MPa、微孔水流量为3.3 L/h,达到国家标准。

Abstract:The technical specifications of emitting-pipe special materials were determined by analyzing a commercial emitting-pipe special material.Linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE),which was produced in a 50 kg/h gas-phase full-density polyethylene pilot plant,was blended to prepare emitting-pipe special material.To meet the requirement of high-speed processing,the optimum melt flow rate(10 min) and density of emitting-pipe special material were 0.3-0.6 g and 0.928-0.940 g/cm3,respectively.The prepared and commercial emitting-pipe special materials were characterized by means of GPC,13C NMR,rheology and melt strength test.The results show that the mechanical properties of DGD-3 special material are the same as those of commercial Sabic emittingpipe special materials but DGD-3 has better processability.The emitting-pipe prepared by DGD-3 meets the national standards,such as good appearance,tensile deformation less than 5.0%,burst pressure greater than 0.3 MPa and micropore water flow 3.3 L/h.
