摘    要:等效热导率是热障功能梯度材料的重要热物理性能,本文采用小最小热阻力法则和比等效导热系数相等法则,推导出了热障型陶瓷/金属复赤道儿热导系数的普通式。并研究了Ni-ZrO2系复合材料的等效热导率随成分变化的规律,将理论值和实测值进行了比较。结果表明该理论对热障功能梯度材料的设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:Effective thermal conductivity is a very important thermophysical property of thermal barrier ceramic/metal functionally gradient materials. Based upon the minimum thermal resistance law and the law of ratio effective thermal conductivity, the formulae that could be applied to calculate the effective thermal conductivity of thermal barrier ceramic/metal composites are presented. Effective conductivities of Ni ZrO 2 composites with different volume fractions of Ni are calculated. Measured values are compared with calculated values. The results show that these formulae can be used to guide the design of thermal barrier ceramic/metal functionally gradient materials.
