基于UG的减速器斜齿轮热流道注塑模具设计

摘    要:分析内斜齿轮的成型工艺,介绍一种生产该齿轮的热流道模具,模具采用热流道系统和双脱模机构,对于内齿轮成型模具的设计具有一定的借鉴意义.在设计过程中,首先利用UG/建模模块建立斜齿轮的模型,然后在UG/注塑模向导中进行模具的3D设计,可以大大缩短设计周期,最后在UG/运动仿真模块中进行开模模拟.

Abstract:The molding process of a reducer gear part was analyzed, as well a set of hot runner injection mould for the gear part was introduced. The hot runner system and double de-molding body, which had the reference value to the design of mould for gear, were adopted in the mould. During the design process, first, the mode]of helical gear was established in UG/modeling module. And then,the mould was designed in the UG/mold wizard,whild could significantly shorten the design cycle. Finally, the process of open-mode was simulated in the UG/motion simulation module.
